There is a saying that you never have a second chance to make a first impression. We often get caught up in our bad day and expect everyone around us to just understand. For the customer who just walked in the door the way you acted, the way you treated them, the way you are today is the only way they know you. That one transaction is their total impression of you. And if it is bad it is the only way they will ever know you.
